Meet Our Esteemed Speakers for the ALSA UUM BEYOND THE BOOKS 2025 !
We are proud to present two outstanding legal professionals who will be sharing their expertise at the ALSA UUM Beyond the Books 2025.
Dr. Muhammad Nazrul bin Abd Rani, Senior Lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia’s School of Law, brings over a decade of experience in water law, environmental regulation, and public policy, with a rich academic background and former roles in national governance.
Alongside him is Ms. Hidayah Ismail Moona, a dedicated Legal Associate at Kuah, Lim, Chin & Ooi and part-time law lecturer at UUM, with nearly ten years of experience in civil litigation and a strong commitment to legal education.
Together, they offer a unique blend of academic depth and practical insight, making this event an unmissable opportunity for aspiring legal minds.
